Yoga for Mommy and Me
Taught by Certify Instructor Sandra Holliday
Mommy and Me Yoga provides children with a supportive learning environment that is imaginative and fun. Combining Yoga with story, creative play and non-competitive exercises will encourage self esteem, focus, flexibility, strength and coordination. The children will learn to connect positively with themselves, others and the world around them with grace and a sense of peace. Yoga brings out the inner creative sparkle we love to see so much in our children.
